Goodyear Blimp Base

Goodyear has operated a Blimp base in Pompano Beach, Florida, since 1979. The Pompano Beach base for "Wingfoot One" is located at the Pompano Beach Airport and is one of only three bases in the country. Generally not open to the public, you are still able to see the blimp flying around the skies of Pompano Beach when not traveling to sporting events around the country.
